Giving unused clothes and cast-off fabrics new life - L3 Yr 2 Fashion & Textiles
Upcycling clothes that already exist is one way to ensure sustainability, because it promotes the idea of circular fashion. Our Extended Diploma Fashion students have been working on The shirt project, they were tasked with manipulating the classic shirt on the stand to create new garment ideas. This is the start of the Manipulate project which will lead on to them each redesigning the classic shirt in their own unique style.
